If you purchased a single-user license product and have failed the corresponding vendor exam twice within 6 months from the date of your purchase directly from us, you can receive a full refund for the product you purchased directly from us. A copy of both receipts showing the exam results and date of each failed exam must be provided to claim this guarantee.

The StudyExam4Less Test Pass Guarantee is not applicable if you fail an exam before the purchase date of the equivalent StudyExam4Less product. If you claim this guarantee, download products must be deleted and CD-ROM products must be returned. This guarantee only applies to single-user licensed StudyExam4Less products purchased directly from StudyExam4Less.com, not to purchases through StudyExam4Less.com Channel Partners. This guarantee does not apply to other StudyExam4Less products such as enterprise editions.

All refunds in accordance with the Test Pass Guarantee will be prorated to reflect any bundle or discounted pricing. Shipping is non-refundable.

RU Ready practice test does not qualify for refunds as they are only 99 questions and are extracted from full version products.

Self Test Software products does not qualify for Pass the exam guarantee. As Per Self Test Software policy, products purchased from reseller does not qualify for any guarantee.

The individual person licensed for the StudyExam4Less must provide proof of failing the actual corresponding vendor's exam and must notify us within 180 days of the software purchase.

Exam failures must be between 10 to 180 days after the StudyExam4Less Test license registration to qualify.

Any failures that occurred before the purchase of the corresponding StudyExam4Less product do not qualify.

Only individual single license is eligible for the Money Back Guarantee. Enterprise edition for school licenses and voucher coupons do not qualify.

Only the original purchase price of the StudyExam4Less product can be refunded to the original credit card used for the original order under this guarantee.

Any exam fees, postage, manual ordering fees (or any other related expenses) will not be refunded.

The StudyExam4Less product e-mail receipt must match the customer information provided within the Money Back Guarantee Claim.
